Our HVAC division has been designing, installing, and servicing comfort systems since 1939, when M.S. Johnston became an authorized York dealer. Nine decades later, the same division handles everything from a rooftop unit swap to the full mechanical scope of a new building.
Design/build and plan-and-spec
Bring us drawings and we'll bid them. Bring us a problem and we'll engineer the answer. Our staff includes professional engineers licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia, so designs are sealed in-house and installed by our own crews.
